Do I need an appointment to get an offer on my car?

You do not, however, an appointment is suggested. Having an appointment ensures a vehicle appraiser is available during your scheduled time. If you drop in during busy hours, you wait to get an offer will be significantly longer.

How do you determine the value of my vehicle?

We have market tools readily available to us to determine what your vehicle will sell for in the current marketplace. We take in consideration of price of reconditioning, repairs, and servicing the vehicle to get it ready for market. We have trained appraisers do a walk around of the vehicle to inspection for cosmetic or wear and tear. We have our serivce department perform an inspection to determine any service needed on the vehicle. We also check the vehicle’s history report to check for prior accidents or damage.

I know a lot of women who often feel cheated when purchasing vehicles or pressured to jump into a deal that may stretch their budget. I too have felt this way when dealing with other car lots. Not so with Anderson Mazda! There was not a moment where I felt pressured to make a hasty decision or commit to anything quickly before I had thoroughly examined the numbers, checked with insurance, etc. The only thing I can say I was a bit disappointed in was Mazda’s change to their military discount requirements. Instead of allowing any person who served being eligible for the discount, they’ve changed it to anyone who served for 20 years or more. I feel this is insulting to those who served as there are many people who were enlisted for shorter periods but did get things for our country and they should be given this discount regardless of the amount of time. However, this is not a decision made by the salesmen/women who helped me purchase my vehicle. They, as stated above, did everything they could to get the best price possible for me with the utmost of patience.
