But it gets better.…” “I had a simple recall on my vehicle and Ford reached out to me. Sent out a mobile tech to fix my recall while I was working. Fantastic. But it gets better. I had been having issues with my driver's side seat belt retracting and the mobile tech noticed and reached out to me to let me know, asked if I too noticed. I agreed and he said he would have someone reach out to me in a day or so to get an appointment set up to get it taken care of. AND this conversation was all over texting. I hate to admit that I will put off appointments if that means having to call in. Not sure why. Not only that but most everyone is busy and I work a very active job and it's hard to get to phone calls during my shift. It just made my busy life that much easier. I really appreciate the attention to details on my vehicle when a tech came out. Then when I got it serviced for my seatbelt the tech answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally! Thank you guys!”

We had a terrible experience at Duteau and were originally planning on purchasing a Suburban, I am so glad we chose to stop in and check out the Expedition. Right off the bat, the vibes are different at Anderson South. The focus on customer service is clear. We worked with Caleb and Dylan and both were kind and helpful. Caleb helped us the week previously and when he wasn’t available on the day we came back there was a seamless easy hand off. Dylan asked questions and never made us feel pressured or ignored. If you haven’t purchased a vehicle in a while, things are different here, I was expecting to be shuffled into the finance office and to my surprise we wrapped up our deal and paperwork with Dylan. I loved the experience of working with one person for the majority of the process. Managers are easily available, and out and about if you have questions. The transparency and approachability of their leadership is obvious. The general sales manager, Kraig is absolutely hands down the best of the best. He listened to our needs and made sure we had the best experience. He understands what it means to treat people with respect and kindness. My only regret is that we didn’t go here first, I will only be buying my vehicles here from now on! Side note: if you are looking at the newer model Expedition- IT IS WORTH IT!”
