You do not, however, an appointment is suggested. Having an appointment ensures a vehicle appraiser is available during your scheduled time. If you drop in during busy hours, you wait to get an offer will be significantly longer.

How do you determine the value of my vehicle?

We have market tools readily available to us to determine what your vehicle will sell for in the current marketplace. We take in consideration of price of reconditioning, repairs, and servicing the vehicle to get it ready for market. We have trained appraisers do a walk around of the vehicle to inspection for cosmetic or wear and tear. We have our serivce department perform an inspection to determine any service needed on the vehicle. We also check the vehicle’s history report to check for prior accidents or damage.

I drove three hours to test drive a vehicle and was fully prepared to walk away if we couldn’t work something out. It ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made, because I drove away with a new car. Travis made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. He walked me through everything in detail and focused on what actually applied to my budget and my long-term financing goals. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was throughout the process. While Travis was working with his team in the back, his colleagues at the front — Corey, Kelso, and others — would strike up conversations with me to keep me company while I waited.
