Right off the bat, the vibes are different at Anderson South. The focus on customer service is clear. We worked with Caleb and Dylan and both were kind and helpful. Caleb helped us the week previously and when he wasn’t available on the day we came back there was a seamless easy hand off. Dylan asked questions and never made us feel pressured or ignored. If you haven’t purchased a vehicle in a while, things are different here, I was expecting to be shuffled into the finance office and to my surprise we wrapped up our deal and paperwork with Dylan. I loved the experience of working with one person for the majority of the process. Managers are easily available, and out and about if you have questions. The transparency and approachability of their leadership is obvious. The general sales manager, Kraig is absolutely hands down the best of the best. He listened to our needs and made sure we had the best experience. He understands what it means to treat people with respect and kindness.
