Recently moved to Nebraska from Northeast, Anderson was my first stop and I am quite happy with the experiece. Had big dent on my credit, Anderson got me good finance, best suited to my pocket. Sales person Nathan was very helpful, responded promptly to all my queries. i had few vehicles in past and has gone through lot of haggling with dealership, dealing this way was great experience. We lost all of our belongings - house - outbuildings - and had a 2014 Explorer and 2012 F250 in a metal building when we were hit with a tornado on Mothers Day 2014. I called Steve in the body shop and had both vehicles towed to Anderson North where he gave my insurance company an estimate on the Tuesday following the storm. He talked to our sales adviser Mark Detty who worked with management and rather than wait the 30 days it would have taken to have the vehicle fixed he arranged for us to have both vehicles replaced with brand new and only increased our payments slightly. We would have had to rent vehicles to go to work so Anderson saved us money in the long run. I would never consider going any where else to buy a vehicle!!!
I contacted Ben originally threw email and he was a great help in helping us threw the sale process or our new Lincoln MKX, fantastic vehicle. He was fast and very helpful in showing us the features of the New car.
We filled out an online quote for our 07 terraza to see what it was worth on a trade in. Mark contacted us and set up an appointment to see the van and for us to look at anything that we were interested in. We went to the dealership on Sat and drove a Toyota Sienna. It was not quite right we felt and Mark did not pressure us in any way to purchase it. He did ask if we saw anything else on the website that we liked. We told him the Ford Flex was kind of interesting so he suggested that we come back on Mon, because the Flex was at a different store and we would be able to test drive it after he had it brought to the north store. Mon came and we went to the dealership and saw the Flex there, just like Mark had said that he would do. We went for a drive and enjoyed it very much. We were not intending to buy that night but things felt right and Mark was willing to stay later and finish the paperwork so we could take the Flex home that very night. Thank you so much Mark for your friendly attitude and professional way of doing the transaction. It could not have went smoother. We are enjoying driving the Flex each day and are looking forward to many more years of having this vehicle. Prices right on the windshield. And in most cases they were lowere than what TrueCar or kbb.com said people were paying for this truck in my region. No wasting of anyones time here. Fair price, good trade in allowance and a quick deal. Had my new truck washed up, gassed up and home in less than two hours.Took longer to clean out my old ride than to agree to the deal presented. Very happy. Friendly, people who know their product. Would buy again from them.
Simply No Drama and BS... I really hate going to a dealership that advertises false and lucrative prices on their websites but then when you get there it was just all BS and blah blah blah. For the first time I've ever bought a car, I didn't have to haggle on the price. You know what you're expecting to pay for the minute you drive onto the lot. We drove away with exactly what we wanted with a price within our budget. Happy group of people to work with too, like family. Our salesmen Nick Voigt and Tim O'Neil were courteous and knowledgeable. Nick started with us and after listening to what we wanted in our new vehicle he brought one around for us to drive. We immediately knew we wanted the Ford Fusion but the one we were shown was black and we wanted Red. Nick and Tim searched until they found one and it was going to be in on Monday for us. Because Nick Voigt was leaving on vacation the next day he had Tim O'Neil sit in on all of these particulars and took over from there for us. When we went to go home our trade in car wouldn't start. OH!!! Great!!! We were so embarrassed! Scott Milnes from the service dept. came out and took over from there. He has the best smile in the world and made us feel so much better....They loaned us a car to be able to get around for a couple of days. When we picked up our new car Tim O'Neil showed us everything about our new Fusion. He was so polite and patient . We are elderly and it took a little more time for us to grasp all the wonderful options. Brandon Clay and Mike Maschka helped with the financial portion of the sale and made all of that an easy experience. I am so impressed with our whole experience that I sent each one of these men a thank you card and a letter to Mr. Mike Anderson telling him about his great employees and our great experience.....

We started with telephone conversation one afternoon and drove our new Fusion home the next evening. We were truly impressed with Lee Ackley. She listen well and knew just what we wanted. All we had to do was take a look at the car in the delivery bay discuss some business and then it was time to sign the papers. I had originally called down there about a 2006 Nissan Murano. Mark Detty was the one who responded in just a few minutes. He answered all of my questions and when I had decided that this may be the car for me, he sent me a link to apply for credit since I don't live down in Lincoln. Once he got the application, he went on with the process to see if the Murano would be in my price range. He contacted me a day or two later and we discovered that it was out of my price range. So Mark looked into some of the other vehicles and messaged me a day or two later and said that he had a 2006 Chevy Equinox that was in my price range. I looked it up online to see if it was something I was interested in. I had looked at another Equinox somewhere else and knew that I did like it. So my boyfriend and I went down the next available day that we could to go look at it. Again Mark answered all of out questions straight up with no crap. He had gone to put gas in the vehicle in the morning for our test drive and he had noticed the check engine light come on. He took it back and had them look at it to make sure it wasn't anything major. They said it was alright. When we got in the car to test drive it ourselves, we noticed the check engine light was still on. So when we got back they took it into the shop and repaired it at no extra cost to us since it was something really small. They repaired it while we did the paper work. It was ready for us when we were all done with the paper work. Mark Detty and Kurt in financing were amazing. My boyfriend and I know we will be buying more cars from them!
As a woman buying a car has always been a painful experience but this was different it was actually pleasant. I enjoyed working with Lee and the Finance team was also quite helpful. I would return and that is saying something I have dealerships I refuse to walk through the door of because they treated me like the dumb woman, not Anderson they gave me respect and I will give them a 10. Tim O'Neill is a team member who listens to what you want, and is able to be helpful with suggestions, while never being too aggressive. He is respectful and polite and has been in the business for many years, and has a lot of experience and knowledge about vehicles. The service area and the "Quick Lube" that is associated with Andersons is also top notch for customer service. My wife and I were just "looking" as I had driven through the lot and saw a F-150 that had caught my interest. I had made an appointment earlier with Mark Detty via instant message [nice touch]. We went for a test drive in the one I had seen earlier and then he suggested another vehicle to look at. I don't know how he did it but the second vehicle was just what I was looking for. The deal was made and the rest is history. In fact, I am still waiting for the dealership to call and say they made a mistake on the price and they need more money. This was the best experience buying a vehicle I (at 51) have ever had! Mark was knowledgeable, honest, completely attentive...he is a joy to work with. Curtis, also, had everything ready to go when I visited the dealership: his professionalism is exemplary. I don't like to shop for vehicles and then find one but can't get together on price. It was very helpful to know where they stood on bottom dollar and have it posted in the windshield. This took all the wasted time out of trading for a vehicle and time to waste is not something I want to do. Lee was very knowledgable about the products she was trying to sell and very easy to talk with. We had the deal done in less then 2 hours and they had the truck ready for me to drive away in an hour. I would go back to them again when I need to trade and will send others to them that are looking to trade.

Jamie is a great salesperson, friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Liked the fact that we were not prejudged, then ignored, when we walked onto the lot in shorts and T-shirts. We looked and test drove different Ford models, and Jamie patiently helped us understand all new things about each model. We finally decided on a certain model. After we decided that we did not want a certain SUV due to the fact that it was more than we wanted to spend, she helped us locate a different model of the same make, which was less expensive. She also informed us of certain incentives. Delivery of our new SUV was easy too, and Jamie helped us through the whole process. She also gave us a quick tutorial before we left the car lot with our new car. Mike Maschka, in Finance, was friendly and knowledgeable too.
Lee was very professional and helpful when we we choosing our vehicle. The overall service was great. I am always skeptical and reluctant with the process of buying a car but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had this time. Lee did a great job selling us on the car and helping us learn as much as we could in a short amount of time we had to pick it up. I felt no pressure while attempting to make a deal and she made us feel as if she was working for us instead of Anderson Ford who is really her employer. I excepted the price offered although I hoped for an even better deal on my trade in. We hope to be very happy with our decision but it is a little early yet to express or likes and dislikes with the Escape since we haven't had enough driving time in it yet.

When we first went to Anderson Ford in Lincoln we went with the intentions of sitting in a few different vehicles to see how they sat and what the differences were. We had a very knowledgeable salesman, Tim O'Neil, who was very patient with us and showed us a number of new vehicles before asking if we would like to see a "used" vehicle. Tim was very patient with us and even let us take the car to our son-in-law so that he could see it before we made our final decision. I like the fact that Mark Bullerman was waiting to greet me when I pulled up in the parking lot. He wasn't over bearing like some of the sales man at other dealerships. Mark was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. To the point of helping me narrow the search for a vehicle that fit my families needs and not just selling me on something that I didn't need or that I would be unhappy with a few months after purchasing. Bob Fausset was very fair with his appraisal of the vehicle I was trading. Bob worked with me on the price points for the vehicle I was purchasing and gave me a step by step break down that I could see and understand on paper for dealer discounts, Ford Owner credits, and other amenities that applied to my purchase. Kurt Tibbs gave me a detailed explanation of the finances on the vehicle and a detailed explanation of extended warranties that were available for the life of the vehicle. After visiting with Kurt I felt secure and confident about my purchase decision. I'm planning on buying another vehicle for my wife soon. I will be asking for services from Mark Bullerman to find the right vehicle at the right price and I look forward to visiting with Bob and Kurt again so we can get this done. After this purchase I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else.

I have been thinking about buying a car for about a year. I never acted upon it because I'd moved to Lincoln and needed to settle in before making a large financial decision like this. I finally told myself about two weeks prior that it was time. My 13 year old car was giving out slowly. So I had been told by a co-worker that Anderson (North or South) was great to work with. I gave them a call and worked with Derek the whole time. He made things clear, simple, and a great car buying experience. I had my parents come with in case I ran into any issues (knowing what their experience was a few years prior at a different dealership - not good). They were hardly needed! Everything was clear-cut, laid out, and I loved working with them. Very pleasant and amazing service.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, willing to please. One drawback was I called with a question about detailing of my car at the South dealership and my salesman said he would ask his manager and call me back. It's been two weeks and I still don't have an answer. I went ahead and called service and they got me in at the North dealership. Aside from this, I would definitely go back to the Anderson North dealership again.
We had just begin looking at vehicles and had stopped by Anderson Ford because we currently own a Ford, and love it, and were thinking that we knew what we wanted. We browsed through the lot, looking at the different models, and in talking with Mark Detty, he was able to show us some alternatives that we hadn't thought of and was never pushy nor condesending, which we both appreciated alot. Mark was patient, and answered all of our questions, which were many. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the different options and models. We ended up purchasing a different model than we had orignially planned on looking out. Our Fusion is everything we were wanting, and more, we LOVE it! It was such an easy process that we are still in shock that it's actually ours! We had them install remote start as well as tint the windows, and had a small hiccup in the communication of getting the autobutler put on the car and buffing some scratches off. We were hoping not to have to take multiple trips up to Lincoln since we don'tlive in Lincoln. But that did NOT change our feelings on the whole expereince nor our thoughts on how helpful Mark was the whole time. He is very knowledgeable and is very patient, never pushy or arrogant. Always called me back when I had questions, or needed anyghing. . When we are looking for our next FORD, believe me, we will be lookin at Anderson again! We are a FORD family! Thanks for every thing!

My experience ordering and picking up the new Shelby GT500 was outstanding. After placing the order in November 2012, Bobby kept me informed with the vehicle visibility report showing each step of the build process and dates, along with transit detail as it arrived from the train and then truck. When it arrived, I received a call and met Tim O'Neill who was extremely helpful and careful with the vehicle. His attention to detail, and selection and accountability of the Technician for checkout as well as the Detail person was first class. Tim always asked my preference before anything was done to the car, even down to the detail of not folding the window sticker so it could be framed later. He controlled access to the vehicle as well, so no one drove or sat in it or even could open the hood. The team did a very thorough job of performing the technical checkout and detailing the vehicle so that it was impeccibly clean. Tim explained the features and operating details very well, and the finance group reviewed the warranty and any additional coverage with clear explanations and no pressure. We were extremely satisfied with each step of the process and will strongly recommend Anderson Auto Group in the future.

Experience was very good. People were friendly, accomodating, and low pressure. We were originally interested in an Explorer so Derrick brought one to Lincoln from their Grand Island store. When we looked at we decided that the Explorer wasn't the right car for us and Derrick had no issues with that and kept looking to help us find the right vehicle. We found one that we liked and he let us take it home overnight (50 miles) to make put it in the garage, drive around town, and make sure it was the right one. We enjoyed working with Derrick. The only part of my experience that I wasn't overjoyed with is that I felt a little pressure to go with one of the warranty packages even though I indicated several times I wasn't interested in purchasing one at that time.

When my husband and I decided it might be time for a new vehicle, we decided to stop over at Anderson Ford North to drive a 2013 Ford Escape. I loved it from the very first time I drove it. We also were fortunate to be assisted by Marcus Ruhl. He was very friendly and helpful and his knowledge of the Escape helped us to fall in love with it. We liked Marcus and his friendly manner won us over. We sat down and told him what we wanted and what we didn't need in our new vehicle. The next day Marcus called with the news that the Escape we wanted was in the lot. He found what we wanted that truly fit us. We already had driven some other vehicles and knew the Escape was what we wanted. We really liked the new Anderson way of no haggling and no pressure. We were very hesitant to go to Anderson because of their no-negotiation policy, but after shopping around, we found their prices to be comparable without having to hassle. After visiting their website, we found the car we wanted and Derek had it ready and waiting for us to test drive. They even let us keep it so I could go to class and bring it back later. We didn't get back until 7:30 and even though they closed at 8, they stuck around while we got the paperwork done. The loan didn't go through that night but regardless they let us take it home and keep it overnight until Mike, the wonderful finance manager, found us a great interest rate first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful experience. Even though we were buying a used car, they didn't treat us any differently than if we were buying a $60,000 car. Not to mention the full tank of gas we drove away with, as well as the 100 free car washes. As long as we are in Nebraska will not buy a car from anyone else.

I now own a C-Max which is bigger than the Focus, gets better gas mileage and is more comfortable for my one hour each way commute to work. Jamie Janssen did a fantastic job of explaining all the features of our new Ford Edge. If not for her guiding us, we would not have known where to start with all the features of the Ford Edge. We went in knowing what we wanted to buy, and then she guided us to the correct model that had what we were looking for. Lee Ackley also helped us on Jamie's day off, and did a wonderful job of explaining our questions. The both of them worked well as a team, along with Kurt Tibbs who helped us get the best warranty we were looking to get. And he explained other features to keep our Ford Edge looking new. All of what we were wanting when we walked in. The rating shows that it was well worth the trip to Anderson Ford.

We had time to look and discuss the cars before a salesperson was there - which make us very comfortable. We do not care for sales to run to us as soon as we drive into dealership. There was no pressure when we were trying to decide between to cars. Salesperson explained each car very well and gave us time to make our OWN decision. When I first visited the dealer, nobody came out and greeted me. Luckily the keys were in the vehicle I was looking at. I looked over the vehicle for about 15 minutes before grabbing the keys and starting the engine. I let the motor run for about 10 minutes while I tested the lights and other electronics. I went inside and was greeted by Nick Voigt. Nick apologized about the initial wait. Nick was very helpful throughout the buying process and continued to satisfy our needs throughout the sale. I have heard some bad things about Anderson, but their business seems to have changed for the better. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I came into anderson knowing exactly what I wanted, I didn't have a lot of time and Mark jumped right into helping find what I was looking for. He and the entire staff worked with me throughout the day and even when I had to leave. They even stayed late on a saturday night to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. They gave me a great trade in value for my care and worked excellently finding me a good rate on a care loan. I first went in for some basic information and I found my self speaking with Jon Balsley. He was sincere, informative, and very helpful. He didn't try to sell me anything, he just answered my questions as well as he could. This was also my first time going into a dealership for anything for my self. I told Jon, that I just wanted some basic information, and to see if he could come up with a basic price for what I would be paying, and it was very accurate to what I would find out what I would be paying. Two days later, I went in the Dealership with my father, to look at some Ford Fiesta's since that is what I wanted. We found ourselves Speaking with Mark Detty, he was informative and very friendly. We told him what we were looking for Ford Fiesta's and there were 5 models, we looked at three of them. He told us what the costs were, he explained why the cost was what it was, he wasn't trying to con us into buying anything. We went in after seeing the third car which was in a nice price range. This is where we met Curtis Reins, he came up asked what we were looking at we gave him the information, he left to print some information and gave us a couple estimates. Curtis was as well very helpful, and very informative Later, we decided to buy the vehicle. We were than being helped by Nathaniel Heaton. He was the one to have us sign the papers and he was very nice about it as well. We were than handed off to Mike Maschka. He was the one to go through all of the finances and the actual Purchase. He was very informative and he explained things very thoroughly. He made the process fast and easy. So I guess to answer the "why did I rate the way I did?" is because my overall experience was awesome, they made things very easy to understand, everyone there was friendly and made everything easy. The prices of the vehicles, I got mine for a great price. Everyone there was helpful, friendly, their work quality was pretty awesome,the service was awesome, and just the over all atmosphere and service was awesome. So I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle, you will not be disappointed with the service or the people.

We met Jamie the very first time we came to Anderson to admire the new Explorers. She was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and absolutely no pressure. It was a good 3 months later before we were actually able to buy the vehicle, but during that time she kept in contact with us keeping us updated on incentives and options, but without any pressure. The day we bought she had the vehicle ready for us, the trade in was painless, and the dealership has followed up to make sure that a couple minor scratches and interior blemishes are taken care of. Pleasant experience buying a 2013 Ford Fusion from Anderson. Staff was knowledgable of the vehicle. Pricing was very resonable when compared to sales from other dealerships and online recommended prices. There were a couple of problems with the car (scratch and a chip in the bumper, most likely from test drives) that they fixed no hassle for free. Overall greate experience, will definitely do business with in the future!.

Our family has been looking for an SUV or newer truck for sometime, so one day while up in Lincoln vehicle shopping we found several vehicles that would fit our needs and within our budget during the trip. I decided to stop one last place (Anderson Ford) to look at their used vehicles and just glance at their new trucks before we headed home. After about 1 hour of looking around and seeing what they would do for a trade with my truck, I left there with a new 2012 crew cab eco boost truck right off their show room floor. The sales department was extremely easy to work with and very friendly towards me and my family.
I purchased our Sienna from out of state, so almost all of my communications with Lee regarding the puchase of our vehicle was via text and email. She always promptly replied, sent extra photos and went above and beyond when it came to getting the van prepped and ready for my arrival. During the time of the actual purchase, Lee made the process quick and easy and we are very happy with our new/used Sienna!!! I would highly recommend Lee to any and everyone!!!

I typically don't like dealerships or car lots due to hassle and haggle. Trade ins are priced low and cars priced high, then you haggle which is a hassle. The new business environment at Anderson is great. They were fair and accomodating with the purchase of our Escape for our daughter in college. They gave a fair market value for our trade in and charged a fair market for their product. Nick Voigt was very pleasant and original. I didn't get the old impression of making it sound good to get a commission. This was a much better business culture.
We drove the lot to check out the 2013 vehicles. Mark Detty offered to help us. He knows the vehicles and knew right away what vehicle would best suit our needs. Mark recommended a vehicle that works well for us. We are happy with our purchase and happy with Anderson Ford.

Ms. Steele was very responsive to my inquiries. I stopped her on the lot as she was waling back into the building. She was not "hard sell" at all, which I appreciated (I was obviously interested in buying and ready to do so). Very businesslike in her manner, although perhaps a bit aloof (I introduced myself to her, rather than her to me). There was nothing phony or put-on. I like this, but some other people might like more personal banter and stuff. I got the feeling that she is perhaps a bit new to the job.

Nick was very responsive and knowledgeable of the cars. He seemed genuine in trying to help us find the car that would work for us. Kurt was very efficient and tried to find more discounts. Everyone was patient even though financing and arranging for changes in our car insurance caused us to stay a couple hours past closing time. The only negative aspect was that the inside of the back window did not get cleaned, so it had a haze on it.
Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. We were pleased with the price and the willingness of the sales people to explain even the simplest workings of all the bells and whistles that came with our Lincoln.

There was no pressure and no hovering while we were walking around the car lot. Sales people came out, let us browse and came back when we were ready to talk. Everyone was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy that we were buying a car. It was not the cheezie experience we've had in the past.
I enjoyed my experience there. everyone was friendly and welcoming. I also liked the non-negotiable low price offered, it saves time and a lot easier. they even gave me a better rate on my loan than my bank did.
Had a very good experience buying a new car at Anderson, however, was not impressed with the "no haggle" approach. When making such a large purchase a person should be able to negotiate the trade-in value of their car and the purchase/options of their new car. It was frustrating to hear that they couldn't do anything about the price over and over again when I know they are going to make a nice profit off my trade-in and purchase. It would be nice to see more flexibility in buying and trading in. Overall though I love my new car and I'm glad I made the decision to buy it.

The only downside of the experience was the gentleman in finance. Both of us did not care for his presentation and/or demeanor. I recently ordered and purchased a 2013 Shelby GT500. Tim O'Neill took my order and made sure we got the exact car I wanted. Tim kept me informed of any changes and the progress of the car. Tim told me the car would be at the Anderon North dealership on June 28th. I was there before the dealer was open waiting for my car. Tim said the car would be there at 2pm. The car showed up at 1:30. Tim had everything ready to go so that I could take possesson as soon as possible. Tim made sure that my Shelby was in pefect condition when I recieved it. I will definately use Tim to buy the next Shelby I buy.
The sales advisor don't answer the customer's question as professionally as expected sometimes. They were friendly but kinda lack of positiveness,for example, when I asked about the discount policy, they didn't tell me about the student discount until i asked. What's worse, the first sales rep told me there was no student discount yet the second sales rep helped me make that. After buying the car, the sales advisor seemed hard to contact with yet i do have question needed to be solved... After a complaint on this dealer rating system, they got the sales advisor to contact me pretty soon and helped me about the outstanding issues and did an effort to make things better.
We were very pleased with the customer service and Matt's willingness to work with us. the last time we purchased a car, it was a nightmare and took all day. Matt helped to make the experience go as smooth as possible and worked directly with me and not through my husband since I was the person making the purchase. I would recommend Matt and Anderson Ford to anyone making a purchase of a new or used car.

Overall good experience though we had to be re-priced 3 times. We did end up buying the Ford Focus and the car is performing well so far. In spite of the issues over the "no-haggle" price, the people we dealt with were patient, friendly, and fair.
We were looking for a different vehicle to replace our 2009 Lexus. Originally we were looking for a Ford Explorer/Expedition because of size and gas mileage. When we arrived at Anderson Ford we were greeted by friendly faces eager to help us make the right decision at a great price. Unbeknownst to us our decision to buy a Expedition was clouded by the great looking MKX sitting on the show room floor saying, "come to me". We did just that and low and behold fell in love. This vehicle is beautiful, economical, and was equipped with every option on my list (especially rear heated seats) Our showy pearl white Lincoln MKX proudly sits beside our Ford pickup. Tim and Ben did a fine job introducing us to our new family member. They really know there stuff but, the MKX really sold itself. I recommend it over our Lexus any day. He did not try to pressure me into buying a car because if he did, I would have left instatnly. He kept saying this is the new way they are doing business and I absolutley love it!!! When I was looking at the car, I assumed the price would be through the roof and I was going to get pressured into paying alot, but the price ended up being way within my price range! Excellent cars, excellent service, excellent experience.
We were looking for a good used car. We were specific about what we wanted, make, mileage, etc. Nate and John didn't try and sell us just anything. They made sure they had what we wanted before they called us back. We were immediately given a car fax, and they answered any questions about the car we had. We visited other dealerships in the same area, and those dealerships tried to talk us into things we didn't want. Nate and John never pressured us. We knew up front what we were getting and what the price was. We will definately be calling them again, and recommending them to others!

I couldn't give a 5 on the "Price" question above. I was generally pleased with the price but I couldn't quite get passed the idea that this was a gimic created by car dealers to increase profits/revenues. In the end, I decided to trust my instincts and go with the deal. I don't buy a lot of cars, especially new cars, so this was the first time I had encountered this type of dealership. Everything else about my experience with the dealership was great.

My husband and I stopped at Anderson Ford just to see what they had for SUV's with no intention to purchase a different vehicle. I had a Ford 500 that I really liked, but it was getting up there in miles. We saw a couple of used Ford Escapes on the lot, while we looking at them Curtis explained to us the differences between them. Curtis introduced us to Jason, the Sales Person. Jason had us take one of the Ford Escapes on a test drive and explained everything to us. We really liked the SUV, so Jason sat down with us and explained the pricing and how they come up with the cost as well as, how they determine trade in value. We really like the no hassle with the cost of the vehicles. Jason was absolutely the best Sales Person we have ever worked with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine nice person. He really cares about the people he is working work and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable about the purchase of your vehicle. He went out of his way explaining the features of the Escape which included Sync and setting up my cell phone so everything would work. Kurt also did an excellent job getting us some great financing and explaining all the options to us. We have purchased several vehicles from different car dealerships but never have we had such a great experience as we did with Anderson Ford in Lincoln. They went out of their way to make everything work out!!
I was recommended to Anderson Ford by my boyfriend who bought his car from them. I stopped there first and had the best customer service and prices from Ben! I found a car at Infinity of Omaha for cheap and bought it. I took it to Ben to apologize for not buying it from him. Brandon, one of the managers, came out to look at it to see how good of a deal I really got. He found dents I didn't see, problems the dealer in Omaha didn't tell me about and problems left and right. Tim O'Neil came out looked at it as well and told me the real deal I got. This was my second trip to Anderson. The first visit was an awesome one or I wouldn't have come back the second time. I had already had done my research on the vehicle I wanted, I just needed to come in and take care of everything else. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with. Lee has a great sense of humor and would deal with her again if given the chance. I will also buy again from Anderson. They have AWESOME people.

First of all I am one of the few who like to negotiate on the purchase price. John did a great job explaining why they went to a listed price, and how this made the buying process easier and smoother. Although I did my research prior to purchasing, Anderson’s price was $6,000 to $8,000 less for the same make, model, trim, and mileage of other used 2009 I found at different dealerships. It wasn’t worth the time and hassle to even try getting the other dealerships down. John was able to get a fair trade price, very friendly, and his service was outstanding. Remember, if your going to Anderson’s go to John!
Lee was especially helpful in finding the specific vehicle I wanted. Kurt was patient and explained details of the contract and warranty choices well. Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough with all of the features of the vehicle.
Today, Jason made a special effort to accommodate my location and schedule on very short notice to set up my cell phone with my Mazda CX-9's Bluetooth system. He even went an extra step and updated my phone for me. Jason was so helpful and clear in teaching me how to operate the system. I normally hate buying vehicles from dealerships because I have always felt pressured to buy the car the salesperson wants to sell rather than the car I want to buy... Working with Javier and Nate was exactly the opposite. We felt that they had our best interests at heart throughout the process, and they were constantly checking in with us to figure out which vehicles we liked best. When we were having difficulty making the final decision on which vehicle to purchase, Javier spent several hours over three evenings with us! He even asked my wife not to make a spur of the moment decision and to, instead, think about it overnight. Seriously, what car dealer does this???? They treated us as friends, not as potential sales. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to deal with, but Javier and Nate go above and beyond. We will buy our next vehicle from them, too.
We had been shopping for a new SUV for almost 2 months. We found a Kia Sorento at Anderson Ford online and stopped in to look at it. We showed up at the dealership very near closing time. Javier greeted us and took time to talk to us about the car and answer our questions. Even though our test drive and negitiations kept him therer an hour past closing time, we never felt rushed. Excellent experience! After visiting several other dealerships, this was the first one that actually talked to me. They have a great way of doing business. No negotiating. The sales reps do not work on commission. They appraised my trade in higher than other dealers and they said even if I bought a car from somewhere else they would still give me the same amount for my car, so I know it was a fair price. They have a lot of added benefits such as free car washes and deductible reimbursements that are included. One car I wanted to test drive was at their dealership in Grand Island. They brought it to Lincoln for me to drive the same day. They bring the car inside to show it to you so you don't have to stand out in the elements. This will be my first (and probably only) stop when I look to replace my next car.
Walking into Anderson I was very nervous about buying a car. I was also a very picky customer as well.(I'll admit it!) It took about 5 months and many cars but Lee finally found a car that fit what I was looking for. She was very good at listening to what I wanted and trying to match up what I wanted in to my price range. She was also very patient with me when I would decide that a car she had found wasn't for me. This made looking for a car a fun enjoyable event! My experience at Anderson ford was a good one from the moment I walked into the door. I would like to thank Lee, Curtis and Kurt for helping me through the process of buying my car! Buying a vehicle from Andersons is a very pleasant experience. Everyone in the dealership is friendly. But not just on the day you purchase a vehicle, it is every time you go in the store. The fact that i live 50 miles from the dealership says a lot. I go there for service, for parts and sometimes just to visit because they always have time for you. .
Everything was great, from the services to the financing to the demonstration. The only downside was when I tried to get the A plan from my brother and the pin number was not enough to approve the finances. I just didn't understand why the pin number wasn't enough when only Ford employees can access them. Other than that Shane, Jordan, Jason, and Mike were very helpful with everything and was able to answer any question that I needed.

We bought our Ford F150 FX4 from Husker auto and they could not help us figure out the keyless entry remotes and panel. We stopped by Anderson Ford and Jason was willing to show us how to program the remotes and he also showed us how to Sync our cellular phones to the truck. Jason was very helpful, cheerful, uderstanding and an outstanding gentleman.
John was excellent as he took the time to find the truck I needed, I was looking for a specific truck and he spent the extra time to find what I was looking for and gave me options. Javier did excellent job walking around the vehicle, pointing out all the features of the truck took the extra time to program both of our phones with the truck and he really knows the truck and explained the features really well. Mike is also an excellent finance manager, he took the extra time to determine what loans were best for me, and worked with numerous trucks to see which ones would be in my price range. I couldn't be any happier. Only thing that would have been better for me is when spending that much on a new truck I have had other dealerships that have given items for making the purchase such as hats or something like that to show their appreciation for having your business.

Everyone was very friendly. John and Jason stayed two hours after their dealership closed until they explained everything to us. We never felt rushed. There seemed to be an awful lot of paperwork but I am sure that it was all necessary. I did not realize there would be so many options that they would try to sell us when we signed the paperwork like the warranties, body protection, etc. I would have liked to have had that information ahead of time to review at home before we went in to sign the paperwork so we did not feel the decision thrown at us after signing all of the other papers. I like the 100 car washes that they are providing - I used one already.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. Mr. O'Neil came out in the snow to answer any questions that I had regarding my possible purchase of a new Ford Fusion. He took the time to explain about the options, and how the dealership had gone to the 'no haggle' pricing. I really liked that approach and felt I received a very good deal on the purchase of my new Ford Fusion Sport. Javier was excellent as the salesman in regards to the paperwork and kept my wife very informed about our purchase. The no hagel pricing was new to me but overall I feel that the deal was fair with both my trade in and purchase. They threw in two years of car washes at their dealership which was a nice bonus. I called Anderson Lincoln about a vehicle and they set up an appointment with me. I'm from out of town so i had to drive 2 hours to get there. They had everything set up for me. The vehicle was up front waiting for me. I wasn't very familiar with the trade process and they explained everything for me and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them for everyone.

Overall our rating of good or four is because the overall experience was good. It was not great as often the sales people were more interested in the Nebraska football game or eating their breakfast while working with us which I do not consider very professional. My mom and I felt that they were very nice people and wanted the sale. The head manager came across a bit bully like when we asked to drop $300 to make a $14,000 sale. I understand that you too must make money on the deal, but there is a difference between eating Prime rib and 73% hamburger. We too have to watch our dollars and cents. He left a bit frustrated, but came back with a split of $150.00 and I felt that was at least fair. Would I come back or recommend this dealership to someone else. Probably. My mom is happy with her new car purchase and that is all that matters to me. Thank you for your time.

A vwery positive experience with John Voitus. The dealership's new "take it or leave it" price was new to me. While this may be a good marketing tool it may have some flaws. While I gave you a good rating in the Customer Service area I believe your new policy of "take it or leave it" pricing removes the ability of the sales person to provide Customer Service. If there is no negotiating room for the Salesperson and customer you could just put your vehicles in a vending machine. However, because of your strict pricing maybe I got a better deal than I would have if you would have marked the car up sufficently to provide room for negotiating. It was a new experience for me.
Good overall experience but not sold on the no hassle pricing. I like to think that I can negotiate with best of them. The entire sales team was very courteous and professional. The gentleman that helped Krista setup the sync system and gave a quick( we were late for the husker game) overview of the car was great. We hope our future dealings with Anderson Ford will be this good, thanks Darren Denny.

He has a great ability to understand what you want, and to find it on the lot and bring it to you. I have a difficult time doing this survey, as our innitial visit ended horribly! The sales manager (Kyle) was so unprofessional I swore I would never do any business with Anderson Ford again. When we went to sign our financial papers there was a descrepancy with the price that Kyle quoted us the previous evening and the price they were giving us then. After 2 hours of waiting Kyle came back to say he had quoted us the wrong vehicle (although we had only looked at the ONE Explorer on your lot)Now, we were trading in a vehicle that he was already offering us $1400 below blue book--so we came down to a $400 difference. Instead of making up that difference in the trade in, he was willing to let us walk. So we did. As we were walking out of the showroom--he violently kicked the door to the financial office. Wow!! Now I would not want that kind of a person representing Anderson Ford--especially at a brand new location!! When my husband went back to make sure that we had not signed anything holding us to the Explorer, the financial lady said she would give us the $400 and lower our interest rate. We truly wanted nothing from your company at this point. It was such an awful experience I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Not a way to encourage future business. Now-- after the purchase-- Seth has been and always was a pleasure to work with. I felt sorry for him having to work for such an immature embarassing sales manager.Seth remained professional throughout the entire process. We have had to return to Anderson and were met by Seth and Ray who both were a pleasure to do business with. Ray apologized for the bad experience that we had had up until this point. Ray treated us like a customer not like a child who didn't get his way. We are previous Ford owners and this really has put a sour taste in our mouth. We debated about how to respond to this survey as we still have kinks to work out with the new Explorer. I would hope that Anderson Ford would act professionally in our future dealings. I visited Anderson because they had the truck I wanted. I bought from Anderson because I felt respected. Their price was good. Their in-house deli was good. Their set-price policy was refreshing and fair. The various department representatives were each knowledgable and competant. I was properly trained on my new truck and with the new electronic gizmos, that is important. I felt the process took a little longer than it should have but there were some new people in the management chain. I never felt uncomfortable and the mood of the dealership was always happy and upbeat. As I remember, the final paperwork was slightly better priced than what I had agreed to. A pleasent surprise. In the next year I will buy a gas miser for running around town. I will buy it from Ben.

John Voitus was very helpful in helping us select our used car. We really appreciated seeing the flipchart because it laid out the clear intentions of the company. I was really surprised to see them acknowledge why most customers hate the car buying experience, and it was related to the haggling of prices. So true. Thankfully, it wasn't that way. We knew we were getting a great deal because we had been looking at used cars for TWO weeks straight, and it was exhausting trying to find quality used cars that were not salvaged, dirty, had decent mileage; etc. There were a few minor things I would've wanted differently, but they were minor, and it had to do with the car features, not the wear and tear or service, which were great. i was surprised to see the flip chart, we're using that style of presentation at my company too. i didn't mind the "established" price except there was an additional cost added. plus, how about securing the "2nd" set of keys? another additional cost! Over all, i am pleased with the process, john understood my suggestion for us to get outside and look at the inventory which was in my stated $ range and i knew my wife's patience wasn't going to last very long.

This was my first visit to Anderson Ford. I am a Honda person (I drive a 2008 Honda CR-V) and was hesitant to go there, but my daughter's car literally broke, (it was a Honda Accord, my old car) and I was forced to consider a different vehicle for her. She liked the Ford Focus, but changed her mind once she saw the Mazda 3. I had no intention of buying new, but it made no sense after reviewing the price of a new Mazda with 0% financing. I didn't think it was going to be affordable for me, but after the test drive, checking out reviews and comparing Honda and Mazda warranties on line, I decided to try Mazda. The Staff at Anderson was incredibly friendly, especially Lee Ackley. She has been there only two months, but was very knowledgable and not pushy at all. I had previously told my clients (I own a Salon), how I was dreading car shopping because of the pressure, and the feeling of being "taken". Anderson Ford but that idea to rest. I was relieved to see a woman working at Anderson. I was also relieved to find out that they are not paid on commission, which eased my mind a bit about the being "taken" idea. I was impressed also with the additional warranties offered, and the information about GAP insurance, which I had never even heard of before. I didn't feel like they were telling me this just to sell something, but rather, that they wanted my daughter to be completely covered. I bought both policies, even though I felt like it reached my limit as far as monthly payment affordability. Why?,...because it was worth the peace of mind for me to know I won't be responsible for huge unexpected expenses for seven years. Each time no one kept in contact with us and no one seemed to want to find us the vehicle we wanted . I knew what I wanted when I arrived at Anderson. The sales person, Jon Balsely, was very competent and easy to work with. I do like that Anderson went to 'no haggle' pricing. I did a lot of comparisons online of car pricing and found Anderson to be competitive. While I always hate the 'let's see what additonal protection packages we can offer', I did still appreciate the fact that they do offer them, even if I didn't want any. We'll see how the car wash goes at their new facility. I'm pretty meticulous and if they don't deliver a good wash, I will complain! I would definitely go to Anderson again and would recommend that someone shopping for a vehicle include them on their list of dealers to evaluate.
We really had a great experience in buying our new Ford Explore.. Very friendly and full of help any any question i had. Jim really made my experience change my mind in how car salesman do the job correctly just ask Ford they have changed a lot about sales it was GREAT. i will go back when i am ready for another new car..
I believe that Anderson Ford hid some important information from me regarding my vehicle maintenance. They did however, correct the problem without too much resistance. Most people aren't like me and would have ignored the situation. I wasnt impressed with speed of the sale proccess! I spent over 2 hours waiting to finalize paperwork and it was a CASH sale! Also, I asked them to check the transmission skip and they informed me it was 'NORMAL'! Im not so sure I believe this though and I will have another mechanic look at it. I did buy it "as is" so its my problem. My salesman was new but, did a good job in finding the answers I asked. He didn't pressure me and was appologetic for the delay! They give you free coffee and that is nice! My husband does NOT like Anderson Ford due to past scheduled maintenance problems we had done on our other vehicles. Bill was very friendly and helpful. No pressure to purchase vehicle or accessories. A very pleasant experience. The only difficulty we had was with the website credit application. We completed online to save time, only to find we had to fill out a paper application at the dealership. Don't know what became of the online application.
We went looking for a family car and found that Anderson found had what we were after at a fair price. We did not feel pressured to buy which is why we returned for a second look.
Whole sale process needs to be faster, once I told them I wanted the vehicle it took 3 more hours to get the final paper work done.
I received a quick response from the dealer over e-mail. Jim Dingwell was my sales person. He was helpful and polite and was not pushie. There was another sales person named Angela who help after the sale setting up my phone with Bluetooth who was also very friendly and courteous.
It was a very pleasant experience. I like the price display showing the discount as the back and forth haggling is a real pain. I was also happy with the effort given me to find the best finance rate. The best part is the truck, the last F150 I bought new was in 2005 and the seat was hard as a rock, my new truck is very comfortable. Way to go Anderson, and way to go Ford.

Both Javier and Nate did an outstanding job of explaining the process listening to out wants and needs about the vehicles. Our combined sales experiences at Anderson have been well above those we have had elsewhere. Anderson understands that they are there for us, not the other way around.

we bought a used vehicle and when we found out we only had one key fob, our salesman went out of his way to contact the previuos owner to see if he could get the extra key fob and was successful. we were also unsure of how to program the button to our garage door and he was able to give us the information and even mailed us a book.

Rami was great to work with. He listened and met our needs when first buying a 2007 Ford Focus for our 19 year old son who was trading off a 2006 Avalanche and secondly when deciding to trade off my wife's 2002 Chevy Suburban for a 2012 Focus SEL. Rami makes buying a car fun. The rest of the team at Anderson's were friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. I also liked the Hassle free car buying. It was nice to not get so pressured to buy the add on insurance during our second purchase. This was a change from the first experience as that was the only part of the buying experience of the 2007 Focus I didn't like as there was a lot of pressure to buy the add on insurance. Over all great experience that will result in us strongly considering Anderson Ford for future purchases. Keep Rami happy because he is a difference maker when it comes to selling a car.
After searching a used car on the internet, I walked in to this dealer without an appointment but they still served me. I had a test drive of the one I had in mind but found problem with it. They promised to fix it and they did in 2 days. Jim didn't push another one for replacement and let me go and wait for the second test drive. When the car was fixed and he called me to have the second test drive. I found the car perfect and bought it. Hassle free. The car is still running good.
Our experience with Anderson of Lincoln was wonderful! We had put off car buying as long as possible because, in the past, it has been stressful beyond belief. When we went to Anderson's, we were greeted immediately and guided to a sales person. We were never pressured. At all. We found the vehicle that we wanted practically right away. From there, it was so easy. The no haggle pricing is awesome. We didnt have to dicker or bargain. It was stress-free and no pressure. Javier did a great job at covering all the bases and we felt very informed throughout the entire process. The financing we wanted was approved and we got a great deal! Angela, in finance, did a good job. However, she did fail to mention that we would have to wait to license our vehicle until the title was filed in our County. We were hoping to get it done right away. (In the past, the purchaser always took the title app. to the courthouse....small change...no big deal). When it came time for delivery, Jason was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining all that our vehicle does and all about the 'bells & whistles'. We were also thanked personally by the Manager. All in all, a very good experience. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family!!!
Just 3 years ago, I visited this same Anderson location and ended up buying an Expedition in Blair. If 3 years ago, they had the staff I recently worked with, I would have bought from Anderson in Lincoln. They showed great patience, professionalism, and courtesy. We really weren't looking to buy a vehicle from Anderson Ford, but we saw a truck we liked and spoke with your salesman Adam Lewon. He did a good job showing the vehicle to us and talking us through the process. He didn't pressure us to buy when we were there. We left, to take a look at a few other dealerships. WE realized that Anderson Ford had the Vehicle we wanted, and came back to buy it from Adam. Had he pressured us or made us feel unfomfortable, we likely would not have come back. Adam is an asset to your crew.

Javier was very knowledgeble about the vehicle we purchased. All of the touch screen features were rather overwhelming to us and he went over every detail on our first visit. and he went over every detail of all of the features again the second day when we picked up our vehicle. He made sure our new Ford Edge was sparkling clean and to our satisfaction when we picked it up. He invited us back if we have any questions or problems figuring out anything. Tom returned with the vehicle a couple times and was greeted warmly by Javier and his questions and concerns were answered right away.
My husband and I found ourselves needing to buy a new car in one afternoon... We had a good idea what we wanted- Ford Fiesta, Honda Fit, Nissan Versa or Toyota Yaris. We were looking for a manual transmission- which is hard to find to test drive in Lincoln. Tried out the Fit and Versa before getting to the Fiesta test. Really liked the Versa- not so crazy about the Fit. Drove the Fiesta sedan and it was nice, but we really wanted a hatchback. There wasn't a Fiesta hatch available unfortunately. It was getting late in the day and we were about to head back to the Versa when Bill and Ray suggested the Mazda2. We took it for a ride and loved it! A great little car and 0% financing! Done deal! All of the staff was very friendly. We were approached right away and asked if we needed help. We knew a couple of models we wanted to look at so the salesmen took us to their selection and did a brief overview of what we were interested in. He answered the questions we had. He nor any of the other salesmen we talked to were pushy which we liked a lot. We had been to a couple of other dealerships that day and were delayed longer at those because the sales guys would just not give up. But at Anderson they were not pushy and were willing to let us walk out the door to think things thru overnight. And I think because of that attitude we bought the car right there and then!

Overall we had a good experience. Our sales person was great. The only thing I would change is the amount of time the process took. There were large gaps of time between talking with the various people they wanted us to talk to. We were there almost 5 hours, which is ridiculous consider we decided on the car in the first 30 minutes. Also, the finance person, I felt was condescending when I tried to ask a question.
This vehicle was my first with this dealership and I would have to say I will give them more chances in the future. Tim O'neill was extremly helpful throughout the whole process. There was not alot of hassle nor did I ever feel any pressure. Tim makes you feel as though you may contact him any time you have a question or concern about the vehicle. Ramush was very honest and straight-forward. The whole team was up front about all aspects of the sale. They were very clear about financing and cost of financing. When sale was completed, the car was filled up with gas and gone over. Also I was helped in programing the radio and given information about options on the new car. Excellent people and service. T would buy from them again, especially Ramush.
It took 4 hours to complete a deal (way to long). We were going to leave after a few hours without a purchase then there was more negotiating before the deal was completed. The finance people were great. Best financing and personable people, fast and efficient. The facility was extremely nice.
Everyone at this dealership was very courteous and friendly. When the car I agreed to purhase had unexpected miles on it when it was shipped in from another dealer they immediately rectified the situaion by adjusting the original selling price - no quibbling on the new price - no hassle.

Rather, she simply showed us cars and let us make our decision on our own time. We appreciate not getting the high-pressure sales routines. Also, we had a question for which she did not know the answer, and she made sure to find another manager that could answer our question. I would recommend this dealership for a couple of reasons. First, the sales staff as a whole was great. I have the most praise for our primary salesman, Seth. I couldn't believe he was so new to the staff. During our test drive he was knowledgeable without sounding arrogant. He answered our questions but didn't tell us an endless list of useless information. For someone relatively new, Seth exhibited knowledge, poise, and a natural ability to make us feel as customers. Second, the team made an exceptional effort to get us in a new vehicle. I know they are in the business of selling cars, but we were very pleased with the deal we received. The entire staff worked with us to get the best possible deal. This is our first car purchase as a married couple, so making us both happy with the deal probably was easier said than done.

Even better, Anderson let me take the vehicle for a few days to test drive before buying, which gave me a lot more confidence than the quick, supervised drive you get at most dealerships. Once I decided to purchase, the negotiations were very much no-nonsense. I gave them a good price that I thought was fair, and they were willing to bend to make the sale. I feel I got a great deal overall. Blake was great to work with, as I normally hate interacting with car salesmen. i went into this car buying experience the same as i have done several times before, thinking they're a bunch of crooks out to screw me over and take my money. i'm a no-nonsense person and that stuff does not fly with me. throughout this process they earned my respect and trust. even though they barely made any money off of me, the level of customer service was outstanding. blake was just a really nice guy and extremely helpful. he was really on top of things and kept communication going as we emailed throughout the process. when my car came in and it was time to sign the paperwork, there were no shenanigans. i even got a tutorial session on how to work all the bells and whistles in my new car! i would highly recommend anderson ford (and blake chapp) to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. and... i love my new 2012 ford focus!!!!!

Buying a new car is always exciting, but the excitement can quickly fade away when dealing with a pushy car salesman. I was happy to find out that dealing with Greg Gilliand was unlike my past experiences at car dealerships. Never pushy, always answered my questions openly and honestly. I stopped in a few times before deciding on a vehicle and Greg was always able and willing to help me and my wife out with our search for a new vehicle. Price? I do feel like I got a good purchase price for the vehicle I bought, but you always want the price to be better. We ended up with a great new Explorer and when the time comes we will definitely bring our business back to Greg and Anderson Ford of Lincoln.

Greg Gilliand was great, but his boss was somewhat difficult and semi crude. I wish I could have just worked with Greg. The process went well, but lasted FOREVER!!! It was an eight hour day to buy a vehicle. Also, one of my main points was a tow package (which I had told them), and the vehicle they were pushing on me didn't even have it and they couldn't get it added for me and were unwilling to get a vehicle that had one from out of the tristate area (there were none close to us). The warrantee man was knowledgable and friendly as well. The guy that trained me on how to use the vehicle was great and knew the mysync system up and down. I am happy with my vehicle purchase and the price and warrantees. I am very unhappy with the idea that they cannot add a tow package to my vehicle after market and making me pay for the addition IF it ever comes out. Greg's boss (don't remember his name) is not good to work with and can be rude.
Drew Urbanovsky was my sales person at Anderson Ford. Not only is he very pleasant and likeable, but he was thorough in the sales process. This was my first time buying a new car. I've always bought used ones, most because of fear and bad credit. Me and my friends, Scott and Melissa, walked up to the doors and was greeted by Tim O'Neil. He was friendly and seemed comfortable to be around. We made pleasant conversation as he walked us through an impressive lobby, then to his desk. He asked " What are you looking for ". Well, I had good luck with a Chevy Blazer, so I mentioned that I was looking for an SUV. I told him that my credit score was probibly lower than the Titanic and I only had about $400 for a down payment. He smiled and explained that there were a lot of people here that will do all they can to get me into a car. We began some paper work. Over the next 10 minutes or so, hearing him talk I was actually feeling a little optimistic. He stepped away from his desk for a moment and I was greeting by Mr. Soto, the General Manager. We shook hands and assured me that him and his team would do everything they can to get me into a vehicle. I believe his name was Mr. Soto. Nice man, he seemed sincere. Tim returns a few minutes later and explains that there was very little he could to with only $400 down. I looked up and asked " What can we do then? " " Well, I can get you into a new Ford Fiesta " I was stunned. Me, only $400 and no credit rating, getting a new car! My friend asked ' What year? " Tim replied " 2011 ". I couldn't believe it. I didn't think it was possible. So, attempting to keep my excitement under control, I asked him how do we go about this? ' Well, first, we pick out your car. ' I was still in disbelief. Even as we walked out to the lot. I noticed that the other team members seem to have a great sense of Espre de Corpse, ( I hope I spelled that right ) They all seemed to be working together. Tim showed be several Ford Fiestas, I went for the black one with the manual transmission. Oh, it was nice. I would reccomend this car to anyone. He gave me a brief overview of the car. I liked it. We returned to his desk and began paper work. I think his name was Kyle. He greeted me at Tim's desk and started the financial paperwork. This is the part I would normally dread. I hate paperwork, but Kyle pretty much did every thing. He asked me a few basic questions, but it was totally easy. This took about 5 to 10 minutes. He was really good. We shook hands and he went back to his office. Tim came back with coffee ( God bless him, I work third shift )We chatted for awhile. He explained that the finance department was working on getting me the car. He also gave me some good advice for building up my credit score. Kyle returns later and hands Tim a few papers. Tim looks over the papers, and says " You have a new car ". Inside, I was jumping around all over the place. I didn't believe it would actually happen. Outside.. I was sipping my coffee. Tim walked be through the initial paper-work. He told me what it was and where to sign. Oh, there was a test drive before the paper work. That car drives beautifully. We came back, and that when I met Jason. This guy is cool. He showed me and explained everything that I got with my Ford Manual, including maintenancing. He walked me out to the car.The guy shows me all the nice features about the car. He even sets up my radio Presets for me, and makes sure my clock was accurate. How awesome is that? (( Please not that these events are not in their correct order. As stated before, I work third shift )) Then I met Mr. Kurt Tibbs. This guy was great. He showed me all my insurance and special options. Three of them came with the financing. I had perks on my car that I didn't even know were possible. He explained them all. It was a great feeling with I finally had the Title in my hand. I had a new car! I felt like I was on a game show or something. Seriously, though. To call these guys " Great " is an understatement. In shopping for a new Ford truck, I worked with all of the dealerships in the Omaha area, and Anderson Ford definitely was the best. I was able to obtain a very fair price on a hard to get Ecoboost through the Internet within 1 1/2 hours of my first contact. Kris Mortensen, my saleperson, stayed in touch with me throughout my shopping experience and answered all of my questions quickly and courteously as well as doing a thorough on-line search to attempt to get me a different color. There was never any pressure during the shopping experience, and everyone in the dealership including the accessories department, Sync trainer, financier, and managers were so helpful and friendly. In spite of $4 gas, Anderson filled up the truck before delivery. As I was leaving the dealership I decided to top off the tank to get a true MPG calculation on my 1st tank--one of the managers saw me and followed me in thinking they had forgotten the fill up; he was going to pay--'top that story'.
Jim and I were just looking at different options and had been to another Dealer and were not satisfied at that Car Lot. I had looked at a Ford Fusion that a Family member had and Just loved it I went on the web and dabbled around, Our request was answered quickly and Jim and I went to the Lot The car was everything that I asked for! I fell in Love with The Ford Fusion Andrew was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Bob and Mike were wonderful also now all 3 med stayed open late and got us into the car with out any problems. yes I can say I will bed back and will send everyone that I know looking for the best Deal to Anderson Ford.

I found Andy to be very pleasant to work with. He stayed on top of things, and answered all of my inquiries and emails in a timely fashion. At no point did I feel pressured for the sale, which is a definite plus when working with dealerships. It would have been nice to have more of the specific type of car I was interested in on hand, but Andy did a good job of compiling what I was asking for and getting a car brought to the dealership for me to test drive.
Friendly, helpful. Mike the business manager pointed out how a different loan than the one I was considering would save me money if I paid the car off sooner than the loan date, which was my intent. This was very kind of him. My son shopped the dealership months before I was prepared to purchase due to his excitement and desire to narrow his car choices down. Despite his many shopping trips and interaction with numerous sales people over the months, we were treated kindly, there was no evidence of concern about commission apparent to us and everyone worked well together to help make this a very exciting and pleasant experience for us. I appreciate Dave's advice regarding the safety of the vehicle chosen for my son. I would highly recommend this group of people/dealership to my friends.
What a fantastic experience! I had spent about 3 weeks looking for a vehicle for my son, using all the free time I had. All we were looking for was a "cheap" vehicle that could get him back and forth to school. I have found, the cheaper the car you are looking for, the less customer svc you get and the less the seller knows about their vehicle. Not at Anderson, we went in after 6 hours of test driving and looking at vehicles, thinking we were going to go home again, empty handed. And we get approached by Mehdi. We told him what we were looking for, and immediately he began showing me my options. And, there were more options that I thought! We test drove a few vehicles, and led us back to the first one. At no time was he impatient, as it was the end of the day and workers were leaving. Instead of hurrying the sale, he wanted me to know about a few things they had found when they took it in the shop for a mechanical overview....which is what they do to all their vehicles! I was very appreciative to be aware of the mechanical findings, we knew when spending that little, there is always the chance of buying a lemon. Here, we got "no suprises". By the end of the sale process, we had shook hands with about 4 people thanking us for our business and congradulating us on our purchase. All this for a 99 cheap car...which by the way, was/is a beautiful vehicle, and no other mechanical findings than listed. We purchased the vehicle last month. Thank you so much! I will be back!
The salesman was knowledgeable about the product. I appreciated his friendliness and patience during the time-consuming process of purchasing my truck. After purchasing an expensive vehicle, it is somewhat off-putting to go through the process of refusing various upgrades, paint treatments, interior treatments, extended warranties, etc. I would like to be able refuse those options from the beginning and save everyone's time, including the salesperson's. I am pleased with my vehicle and would welcome the opportunity to provide feedback on it.

I have to say, I was pretty nervous about buying a new car. I test drove a Mazda 3 about four weeks ago, but have been looking online at these for at least 6 months. I test drove one about four weeks ago, at the time that I did the test drive I owned a tahoe, my husband just sold our tahoe 2 days ago. Knowing that the zero % intrest deal was over on 3-31-11, we were in a rush, because Anderson Mazda didn't have the exact car we wanted. So I spoke with Nate, first time ever on Monday afternoon, the same day we sold our tahoe, he helped me over the phone, because we were from out of town, get qualified for the 0%. yay = ], which was a huge concern for me, because that would have been a deal breaker for me, not to mention, at this point, we sold our car already, and as a busy mom, I need my own vehicle!! So I tell Nate exactly what I wanted, a Mazda 3, white, grand touring, must haves, bose stereo, heated leather, sunroof, fog lights, spoiler!! He had this car found for me in a matter of a few hours, if not sooner!! It was in Missouri!! So they had the car driven up to Lincoln, and 6:30 the next day we were signing papers for my brand new dream car!! I love the effort and quickness Nate put into my situation!! After getting the run around at the Chevy and Dodge dealers (both refused to give us a price for the vehicle we were interested in, one salesman telling me that it just "confused the customer to have the price"), we tried the Ford dealer because we were interested in the Flex. We received great service and attention from Blake and the sales manager. He was straight forward with us, something we appreciate. We told him what we wanted, he found it and we bought it. Since the vehicle has so many electronic features, we appreciated the training we received on the features. We are very happy with our purchase and the service after the sale. We wanted a DVD player for our grandkids installed as part of the purchase. It was ordered right away and there was no wait in getting it installed. We will return there if we decide to purchase another new vehicle and would recommend Anderson Ford in Lincoln to our friends and family.
Buying a car can be very stressful. Our recent purchase of a 2011 F150 Supercrew was not stressful. Working with Blake Chapp to get what we thought was the best possible price felt like Blake was working for us. He did a good job of explaining things and his knowledge of the vehicle was very good. Also Jason Russell did a great job of going over all of the new bells and whistles this truck came with that I did not have on my 2004.

I came into this dealership looking for a vehicle for my wife. We bought a Mazda CX-9 Touring. After driving it to Des Moines and back we regretted not buying the Grand Touring. I called Andrew Stoner and he (with the help of his finance and management staff) moved mountains to take back the CX-9 Touring, get my wife into a CX-9 Grand Touring and then re-write the financing to include the difference. They did not have to do any of those things - especially after we put 400 miles on the original vehicle. Their commitment to customer service is truly unique in the auto industry and I will be buying all of my future vehicles from Anderson.
Anderson Ford has always been fair with me. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased from them. I have also always had my vehicles serviced at the dealership. I was looking for a new car, either a diesel or a hybrid. I looked an a Volkswagen diesel, but when it came right down to it, I wanted to buy from an American car company. I started researching online to see what was available. After reading rave reviews about the Ford Fusion Hybrid, I called Anderson and talked with Jim Dingwell, who invited my wife and me to come drive the Fusion Hybrid. We loved it, but the dealership did not have the features we wanted in the car. Jim and others at Anderson Ford located the hybrid we wanted at a dealership in another state. They sent an driver to pick it up, and it is everything and more that my wife and I wanted in our new car. I am sure we will be happy with our new car for many years to come.

Relaxed and friendly. What a nice change from old days when you had to fight your way out of the place. Everything was thoroughly explained and I felt like I drove out with a new car. Blake was a pleasure to work with and handled the paperwork professionally. Jason stepped in and completed our orientation and we actually remembered most of it. If I had any negative it would be that it was a tad overdone, taking longer than necessary.
It was an overall great experience. Mehdi Parsa was our salesperson and he did a great job and was very helpful answering any questions we had. I got a bid off the internet from Drew. Had trouble with some other dealers actually giving me an email bid. They pulled the old call me. Or what is your trade. Some people want the price of the car not the smoke and mirrors. Drew had to give me internet bids on more than 1 car and more than 1 type of model and did so with out a hassle. Jason is the technology setup guy and showed us how to set up the sync. He had to set up our phones for bluetooth. After doing my wifes phone with me watching. He also did mine without a complaint. Still not sure if I could do this he offered to do my sons car and phone. Even though it was bought at a different place. These two guys left us with a good feeling about Anderson Ford. Also after leaving the finance office. For the first time after dealing with a finance person in all the cars i have bought. I wasnt mad or upset over the finance process. Kurt Tibbs the finance manager showed us all our best options and was pleasant to work with. There sales managers were also nice easy going guys but I forget their names. I would recommend these guys.

Go see Jim for a new car, he was great at keeping in touch but I never felt any pressure to buy. It took me about 6 months to decide if I wanted to buy new or used or to lease and Jim gave me options for all three. He has also been very good following up after the sale to make sure I was happy.
Kris did a fantastic job. When I said a smell was causing us some problems, they brought in Sniferz (and paid for it) to keep us happy. Otherwise, it was a very good car and was exactly what I wanted, after turning Kris down on another vehicle. We bought our car and love it and will go back to Kris for our next car purchase.

Going to a car dealership doesn't always have to be a bad experience! Anderson Auto Group always seems to focus on customer service and satisfaction. On my recent visit I was in the market for a new vehicle and have purchased from this dealership before. It had been a while since we last visited but I was still impressed by the entire staff. I had the pleasure to work with Drew Urbanovsky. I really admired his honestly. If he didnt know the answer to a question he said he didn't know and would find out. Instead of making things up he found the answer. That's very admirable! Working with Drew on the purchase of the new vehicle was great and took care of everything. After all the paper work was finalized, I met Jason Rasmussen. Jason was able to go into great details on the opporation of the the vehicle and was the "technical" guy. He did a fantastic job explaining in great detail all the features and made sure I was comfortable with all the features. On a loaded vehicle this was really nice! Long after the dealership closed, while the cleaning crew came in they were still there making sure everything was finalized after the sale. I'm also impressed by the dealerships management staff. You can tell they do a great job with the employees. I would not hesitate to return to Anderson for future vehicles. I have been a customer for almost 8 years and it's nice to a business only get better at what they do!
In the last few months, my wife (Diane) has been having trouble with her previous car. When we made the decision to shop for a new car, we were put in contact with Marvin Dinsmore. He was recommended by the service manager after our last car repair at Anderson. He was professional in recommending a car to look at. The car inspection took place in an indoor, heated car bay. He was considerate in asking what type, model and make of car that we were looking for. A couple of days after we looked at the first car, he contacted us by e-mail and sent us a link to show photos of the second car, which was a 2008 Ford Focus. We went to Anderson Ford and inspected the second car. Again we were in a car bay, sheltered from the cold weather. He was patient in answering our questions, regarding the car's background, etc. We went for a test drive to our house and back. He suggested that we extend our test drive to include some driving on the interstate. This gave us a better test drive experience. Marvin was very helpful in explaining the car's history and background. He was considerate in asking us questions about information he needed for the paperwork. His sense of humor and concern for our comforts made the paperwork experience easier. When we were done with the paperwork with the sales manager, Marvin had the in-transit papers prepared and the car keys in his hand outside the office. And as we drove out of the car bay with our 2008 Ford Focus, we waved good bye to Marvin Dinsmore, a salesman that gave us excellent service from start to finish.

When my wife and I arrived at Anderson Ford we went to the lot with new Escapes and selected one that we were interested in test driving. We went into the dealership and met Drew who immediately made arrangements to take us on a test drive in the 2011 Ford escape we had chosen. Following the test drive, Drew offered us beverages, and then invited us to visit at his desk. He went over The Motor Trend Certified Advantage and other details. We asked for a quote on the Ford Escort and Drew went to get us a price quote. We are members of AAA so when got home, we went online to use the AAA price quote for members. Anderson Ford, Diers Ford (Fremont), and Ron Eck Ford(Omaha)all gave a price quote for the Escape we wanted to purchase. Ron Eck gave the lowest quote. The next day I called Drew to see if I could visit with him about the three price quotes and discovered it was his day off but he was willing to come in, look at the AAA price quotes, and try to work out a deal. Drew went to his managers(s)to discuss the quotes and I was very happy that Anderson Ford was willing to match the lowest quote. Due to a snow storm, we were delayed a day in signing papers, making payment, and bringing the vehicle home. I went to Anderson to look at cars without really intending to purchase that day. Andy had taken care of a friend of mine who said that he was really nice and recommended that I see him. From the minute that we walked in the door the entire staff was friendly and professional. Andy was enthusiastic without being pushy and he worked very hard to get me into the car that I had chosen. I ended up putting a down payment on the car and driving in home that day! The service technician went through the operation of the vehicle with me even going so far as to show me how to operate the radio lol. I had a very positive experience and would recommend Anderson to anyone looking to buy a car.

I cannot praise enough.. Kris Mortensen and many other employees at Anderson (Ray Soto, TJ Swartz, Mike Maschka, Andy Mortensen) for all their time, patience,and understanding, regarding the purchase of my car. I had not purchased a car on my own since 1979, and was nervous to say the least. Kris was the very first person I met at Anderson, and he was always there other times as we narrowed down the search. Kris is such a patient and kind person, never pushy, but very willing to help in any way. When I was getting really nervous, anxious, hungry, headache setting in, he provided snacks and a pop. Since my car had just been received from Anderson, it hadn't gone through all the inspections, etc., in fact it was still in the garage. I loved it at first sight. When I picked it up a week later, I cannot begin to tell you how much it meant to see it sitting there, knowing what all the technicians had done in the week since I bought it, and I couldn't believe it was mine. To this day, I walk away from it and think how grateful I am to have that car. And it's all because of Kris. My next Edge will be bought from one person and one place...Kris at Anderson Ford.
Blake Chapp was real easy to work with and completely answered questions. I had reviewed the Taurus on the Internet and knew about both good comments and some negative comments. One day, I spent about an hour or so with Blake looking at what was available at Anderson's. At home, I then reviewed Edmunds and Kelleys Blue Book internet sites to attempt to work thru the pricing process. Edmunds helped me get the 'Invoice' price and Kelley's helped me find the Trade-In Value for my 2000 Monte Carlo. The Monte had over 171,000 miles and was 11 years old so I felt that it would not bring much to the bargaining process. Then, on another day, my wife and I set an appointment with Blake to discuss purchasing this car. I felt that by knowing the approximate new car invoice price, current manufacturers and dealer discounts, plus the trade-in process, that we could see if Anderson's would meet our upper dollar amount we could afford. The inital price given from Anderson's did fall within our limits and both Linda and I accepted that price. We went thru the purchase process and within 3 hours+ we were driving our new car home. We both were comfortable with the way we were treated by Anderson's employees. The one thing that Linda commented on was that "Ford" did not include the HomeLink Garage Door viser opener in the SEL Rapid Spec 202A package. It was a standard item on the 'Limited' accessory package but not on the SEL package.

I came in looking at a used 2008 Honda and Left with a Great 2011 Ford Focus. I walked out with the payments that made me comfortable. I did not have the best credit Ford went above and beyond to help me get into a brand new car, this will help build my credit back up into good standings. We were looking to trade our Ford Fushion for a used truck but with the help of Mr. Govori, we realized we could get a very good price on a new Ranger. We found him very knowledgable and helpful. Being return customers, we found the entire staff very friendly and helpful. Not the "high pressure" you find with most dealers.
I enjoyed working with Michael. He treated me with respect and the man knows coffee. We ordered my new lime green Ford Fiesta, with everything that I wanted. I still believe everyone will want one. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, and do not assault you when you walk in the door. They also do not ignore you. One of the complaints I had heard about Anderson Ford, included not responding to people who looked like they did not have money. I am not rich by any standard, but was treated like I mattered and my business was important to them. This started with my salesman, on up to the managers. They did everything they said they would and even more. Great place to do business. A+. I had drove 325 miles to get a car I bought over the phone. After getting to the dealership and being shown the car I had noticed a scratch in the windsheild. They could tell I was bothered by this and asked me what they could do to fix the situation. I asked if they would take some money off the price of the car and they did. They weren't going to let that scratch in the glass stand in the way of me driving all that way and not driving my car home. They weren't going to let it make them lose a customer either. We don't live in Lincoln, NE, so I started with Andrew Stoner on line, then by phone, then finally in person. He worked very hard to find OUR car, and always kept me up to date. We felt no pressure, very comfortable with everyone, and enjoyed the whole purchase. This was a big purchase for us, and it was made much easier by the amount of information and contact we got from Anderson Ford. When we picked up the car, it was absolutely ready, and Andrew helped us with a few set-ups (like Sync) so we were more than good to go! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
We live 65 miles from Anderson Ford North so when we stopped in to price new Ford F-150s I had no intention of buying. Kris was a low pressure Sales Advisor who listened to what I had to say, then set us up for a test drive in a new F-150. Needless to say I drove home in my new F-150 after being treated fairly on price and product. Kris has since shown me since with his follow ups and good treatment that I made the right choice in Dealership and Sales Advisor. His son Andy has also been available and provided service when Kris is unavailable. I have had a good all around experiance at Anderson Ford with Kris and will recommend to others.
i really enjoyed working with blake to help my husband and my self to find the right car for us. blake was very helpful and upfront and honest with us on everything. i really like the fact that when i came in by myself blake didnt pressure me into sign for any paper until my husband could come and look to and he still did not untilk we were ready to sign for the car i would tell anyone to come there and work with blake
Ramush did a great job thru e-mail until we were able to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle we were interested in. He took the time to show us alot of what the truck we purchased had on it. He did do alot of walking around for us, even with the use of a cane due to an accident. We did not feel that we could not leave without the purchase of a vehicle. We did think that with the condition and the low mileage on our trade in that we could have gotten a little better price. Everyone was very friendly and stopped to vist.
Nate worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and helped me negotiate something I could afford. I'm still very happy with my purchase and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. He has been great to work with! He helped with everything to make it easier for me.
I totaled my car and needed a new one. I used USAA car buying service to look at Mazda 5s. Nate called maybe ten minutes after I put in the inquiry on line (about 7 pm). The next day he drove a model to where I teach 90 miles away! No Omaha dealer made that offer. Prior to his arrival we had several email exchanges and phone calls about financing. Nate even let us drive an additional 25 miles to my hometown to see if the minivan could make it up the "snow covered drive way challenge" with him in the back. Then he hooked me up with a great rate for a suite in Lincoln that night. The other employees were kind and patient. Granted, they got my money, but there was no pressure. Great experience. Nice, smart people. I will definitely consider making the drive to Lincoln from Iowa to make a purchase in the (very far) future. Hey guys, if you are ever in the neighborhood, stop by for a good, Iowa cooked meal!
I was very pleased with the overall sales team at Andersen. Michelle helped me out when my family and I initially went for a test drive in a Fusion and was very informative. I talked with Drew by email and he was very responsive and provided initial pricing. They were able to locate a Fusion that was equipped just like we wanted. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Andersen within the last few years and I have always been treated great. Michelle also did a great job helping go the extra mile in making sure the car was perfect, by pointing out a couple door dings that she said the dealer would take of. The repair was taken care of quickly and they delivered our car right to our house. Michelle made sure I was informed on the status of the car by phone. I obviously am happy with Andersen as I have purchased 2 new cars there and have always been treated well on services and overall experieince. I highly recommend Andersen for other customers, and I will definitely consider Andersen for a future car purchase.
Both Andy and Ryan did a wonderful job listening to our needs and only showed us cars that fit into our budget. It is nice to work with people who understand that we only wanted to spend so much and did not push us to spend more. Overall a pleasant experience.
We were in a situation in which we NEEDED to find a vehicle and quickly and I knew what I wanted. After "shopping" online before driving around town in the cold, I came across a vehicle I was very interested in. I drove over to the dealership to check it out. It hadn't yet arrived as it was an incoming trade. I visited with Andy about my situation, budget and wish list and made arrangements to come in and see it once it had arrived. Andy showed me the vehicle while it was still in the cleaning up stage, I was very anxious to be able to drive the vehicle and talk about numbers. After crunching some preliminary numbers, I agreed to return. I was waiting for an insurance check on a totaled vehicle, so I was still unsure on my final price. Andy was quite patient with me while I waited for my check to arrive and thrust a million questions his way. After receiving word from the insurance company, my husband and I came to the magic number! It was much lower than what Anderson was asking, but I figured the worst thing that could happen is that they would say "NO"! That's where Ryan came into the picture. After laying all the cards on the table with our financial constraints, he worked his tail off, even contacting the VP, to get us a deal that everyone could be happy with. And happy we are! They replaced all the brakes, patched a tire and replaced some parts in the CD player, all of which I don't believe was in the initial plans. They made sure that there wasn't anything overlooked or swept under "the mat"! I truly appreciate their honesty as I didn't know of any issues when we made the deal. And the end of the day, I drove away with a reliable, quality vehicle and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. I will definitely return there in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
Our experience with Anderson Ford was by far, the most seamless, stress-free experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, Nate Clouse was extremely knowledgable, professional and very trustworthy (not what you usually expect in a car salesman)! We have never owned a Ford before but, after the treatment we received from everyone (front desk to the body shop and everyone in between), we WILL be back!
By far the most friendly service i have ever received from any dealership. They went out of their way to make sure i was getting everything i needed, and gave me great information. I ordered my vehicle, and Drew kept me up-to-date every step of the way.
Justin was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He spent time explaining the features, showing me how they worked, and even connecting my phone to the car and making a call to my husband using it. He works well with all types of people - not condescending. He is an asset to the dealership.
Kris was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase my Ford F-150. Kris took the time to search their inventory to find the perfect truck for me. He worked hard to get me a great price for my trade in and to find me a truck to fit my needs and my budget. The finance department was very efficient. I have purchased many new vehicles and working with Kris was the most stressfree purchase I have experienced.

This review concerns Anderson Ford/ Mazda in Lincoln, Nebraska. From the owner, Mike Anderson, sales manager, Ray Soto and salesperson Jordan Adams, you could NOT find more knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and friendly people in the car business. The dealership is clean and new. They (especially Jordan Adams) go out of their way to do 2, sometimes incompatible things at other dealerships. They make a "reasonable" profit, while I "pay" a reasonable amount for the new car or SUV or crossover or Truck. Service after the sale is also great at this dealership. This is why I keep coming back to Anderson Ford / Mazda for my new vehicles. Qualified Employees, Honesty, Inegrity and Fair Pricing are what come to mind. What more can you ask for!
I was quite impressed with Jim and the team at Anderson. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and very honest to work with. I was a long time Honda owner and had done a great deal of research before coming into to explore leasing a Fusion. Jim helped guide me through the process and help me select the perfect car. My only feedback is for Ford and not Jim. The Microsoft Sync technology could use a cheat card for voice commands as it takes me awhile to learn them. Well, I did not make it to work at noon but I was there by 1:30 and had a new car to drive. He did everything he could to get everything done in a timely manner. Wow! My entire new truck purchase experience could not have been any better. The entire staff was noticeably polite, and courteous throughout the entire process. I’m from Omaha, but a friend had told me how easy Anderson Ford was to deal with and told me to call them. I am so glad I did. Starting with their website, I quickly found one or two trucks of interest, looked at the actual window sticker with options, then made a quick phone call to set an appointment. The sales team (Gregory Gilliand and Bob Fausset) were polite, professional, honest and direct. They greeted me at the front door and then walked me back to one of their heated/lighted show bays. Greg explained and demonstrated all of the detailed package features. Test drive was relaxed. Greg really knew the F-150 details. Best pricing was quickly negotiated, without any long drawn out pressure drama. The Finance Manager (Kyle Olinger) helped me understand the extended warrantee trade-offs and made the paperwork painless. After the sale, Greg taught me all of the stereo navigation system features and synced my cell phone contacts with the in-dash computer. Before the final handshake, the General Manager (Ray Soto) introduced himself and spoke with me a bit. He wanted to get my direct feedback on my entire experience. I can really tell they all sincerely cared about my business and purchase experience. I felt very valued as a customer. To summarize: A stress free, hassle free, fair priced, knowledgeable, professional, and caring dealership.
I have had my share of junk cars in the past. After my last car died catastrophically I decided I was done with small car lots and shady dealers. I looked up dealers online and found Andersons. I found it amusing as its also my last name and so I gave them a call. For the record, I have very good home and bill credit. However a few hospital bills makes it all worthless. Andersons helped me anyways. They were running an AMAZING deal on a 1 year old car. Turns out I couldn't finance it and get it due to it being on sale (some wierd nebraskan law). So what did they do.. they found a car for me! Exactly what I wanted. I wanted an HHR, but they had the PT Cruiser on sale. HHRs are a tad more expensive then the PT's. So they found me an HHR!! Luxury model, great mileage. Awesome body condition. What little they found wrong (a rust spot) they fixed! And they gave it to me for the same awesome price. So I got the BETTER car I secretly wanted for the same price! I love Anderson's. I recommend to anyone, even if you have to drive a few miles to get there.. GO TO ANDERSONS. Ask for Kris Mortensen.
